Welcome to our comprehensive Ladbrokes Grid Card Guide. We’ll give you a step-by-step rundown on the benefits and rewards of the Grid Card and mobile app and whether you should have one.
There’s no doubt Ladbrokes have been one of the biggest bookmakers in the country for some time, often leading the way with innovative promotions, bonuses benefits. But does their latest incarnation stand up to their usual high standards?
What Is The Grid Card from Ladbrokes?
The Grid Card from Ladbrokes isn’t actually a new concept, we’ve seen it before; with the Coral Connect Card and William Hill Plus card. So they’re a little late to the game, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s not worth getting one.
It is essentially a loyalty card and payment card all rolled in to one, which is where it differs slightly from others. Ladbrokes customers are rewarded every time they place a bet via the grid card app, online site or even in person at their High St shop.
The Rewards available can range from racecourse, cinema and restaurant discounts, to prize draws for luxury holidays and gadgets.
Your Ladbrokes Grid Card will also be linked to your online account, which vastly improves the access you have to your online wallet. As well as being able to bet and withdraw funds online or with the app, there’s also the option to walk in to your nearest bookmaker and place a bet using your Grid card or take any winnings out of your account; even if you placed your bet using PayPal. Both options give you access to your rewards.
Ladbrokes Grid Card and App Benefits
The number one benefit of the grid card has to be the discounts you can earn just by placing bets. Discounts are available to anyone using the card or mobile app, including some the country’s biggest retailers, cinemas and restaurants; more details of the rewards available can be found below.
If you’re a fan of accumulator betting the Grid app has you covered. Not only can you use it to place your acca, you can also monitor an in store acca using the unique code on your bet receipt; as well as cash out your online bet.
As well as monitoring your Ladbrokes shop bets with the Grid app, you can also transfer winnings from settled shop bets to an online betting account. Giving you the freedom to choose where and how you place your next bet, whether that be in store or online. Your Grid card can also be used to play the games machines found in your local Ladbrokes store.
Ladbrokes Grid Card Rewards Explained
From humble beginnings with just a few rewards partners, the Grid card discounts have grown exponentially. To keep up to date with current Grid card partners simply visit Ladbrokes, but here are just a few of our favourites;
- Now TV Sky Sports pass – 7 days for price of 1.
- Yates Pub – 50% off.
- Toffs – 20% off all football shirts.
- Racing UK – free day pass.
- ARC racecourses – 2 for 1 tickets.
- Cinema – 50% off tickets in over 200 participating cinemas.
- Kitbag – 10% off.
So as you can see, the rewards are very generous and make the grid app and card worth considering. But would we pick it over similar products available at their competitor’s?
Earning The Grid App Rewards
Building you’re rewards purse is pretty easy, especially if you’re a regular player; as the more you bet the more you will be rewarded. But how are rewards calculated?
- 1 Point for every £4 you bet.
- 1 Point for every £10 placed on slots.
- 1 Point for every £20 placed on roulette.
Remember, it doesn’t matter if you bet using the grid app or in person at a High St store; all your bets will qualify. You just need you just need to make sure you take the card with you.
Getting Your Ladbrokes Grid Card
Getting hold of your Ladbrokes Grid card is as easy as using their app, in fact that’s exactly how you can apply for one.
Simply log in to your account and open up the navigation menu, then tap the grid icon. A simple box will open up, simply agree to the T’s and C’s and tap join now. Finally, your 12 digit loyalty card number will be issued and displayed on the screen. Now you are good to go.
If you already have an account then it just makes sense to claim the Grid card. It’s completely free and has some generous features.
However, if you don’t have an account we would say it’s worth opening one just for the card. Coral or William Hill cards are far better options in our opinion.
